Onsite IT Home Callouts: Getting an IT engineer to rescue you at home couldn't be easier with Staffordshire Computers & IT Ltd. Simply call us on: 0871 976 3800(calls cost 10ppm from a BT landline) and we'll arrange for a convenient time for one of our IT engineers to visit you. Once our IT engineers has completed the job you can pay by cash or via credit/debit card over the telephone. That's it, job done, you can carry on your life without your troublesome IT problem !Onsite IT Business Callouts: Staffordshire Computers & IT Ltd understands that our business clients have different needs than our residential customers. That's why we operate dual approach to onsite business IT support. If you require us to fix a one-off problem and you don't ever envisage needing our services again you can simply call us out and pay the standard callout fee of £74.95inc vat per hour. We aim to be onsite within 2hours of an urgent callout being logged. Where possible we will try to arrange a more mutually convenient time to call. However, if you think you might need our services again anytime within the next 6months you could take advantage of our 'Credit Hour' scheme, explained below: Credit Hours Credit hours are affordable - you can buy them in blocks of 5 or more. 5 Credit hours - £49.95inc vat per hour 10 Credit hours - £44.84inc vat per hour 20 Credit hours - £34.95inc vat per hour Credit hours are flexible - Once you have available credit hours they are valid for 6months. Within the 6months following your credit hour purchase you can call us out anytime (out of hours callouts attract a 25% surcharge). You can nominate any person or number of persons at your place of work to act as a 'named contact' (we will only respond to callout requests from these named contacts). We aim to be onsite within *2hours of an urgent callout request being logged. Where possible we will try to arrange a more mutually convenient time to call. *Urgent business callout response times are only valid for businesses within a 10mile radius of Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre.
